Arrival Day

Check-In to Hotel

3:00pm - 6:00pm

• Check into your new home for the next few days at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

Welcome - Cocktail Hour

6:00pm – 10:00pm

• Reconnect with the Cal Spas team and meet the newest additions to the Cal Spas Family! Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be hosted in an exclusive room inside the Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

Wednesday - January 11, 2017
Conference Day

Breafast

6:00am - 9:00am

• Start the day off with a hearty and healthy breakfast hosted by Cal Spas. Breakfast will be held inside Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Energize for the day ahead!

Meet at Charter Buses

9:15am - 9:30am

• Meet in front of the hotel lobby to board one of two charter buses heading to Cal Spas Headquarters. Early arrival is highly recommended, those left behind will miss the fun! Alternate transportation not provided by Cal Spas.

2017 Product Presentations

10:15am - 12:00pm

• Product presentations will focus on enhancements, upgrades and the newest advancements made to Cal Spas products for 2017. Help yourselves to snacks and refreshments during the duration of the program.

Lunch

12:00pm – 1:00pm

• Lunch will be hosted at Cal Spas Headquarters. Relax and spend some time with the Cal Spas Family, or walk the floor to see the product.

Buy Time/Floor Setting

1:00pm – 4:00pm

• We will reconvene after lunch and take advantage of the special incentives that will be announced closer to the event. The perfect time to have your questions answered!

Factory Tour (Optional)

2:00pm-2:30pm

Take an abbreviated tour of the Cal Spas manufacturing processes and learn about what goes into making the most recognized hot tub in the industry. Separate registration required.

Charter Back to Hotel

4:00pm – 5:00pm

• Enjoy a relaxing ride back to the Grand Californian Hotel & Spa ahead of the award ceremony the same evening.

Dinner and Award Ceremony

7:30pm – Midnight

• Help us congratulate and honor outperforming business partners during the award ceremony. We will leave you with our sincerest gratitude and a Cal Spas Certified Dealer Certification before celebrating each other. Dinner to be held at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Reception will include the LIVE Karaoke band, and a $1,000 Prize to the Best Performer!
