POMONA, Calif., July 28, 2008—Cal Spas announced it has earned Spasearch Certified™ Status for the third year in a row. This award has been earned by only 9 firms out of more than 175 spa manufacturers in North America. Spasearch certification is an honor that distinguishes Cal Spas as a leader in the industry and as an elite member of the top 5 percent of hot tub manufacturers in North America.

To earn Spasearch certification, an independent auditing firm retained by Spasearch surveyed Cal Spas customers who purchased a hot tub within the last 12 months to assess product quality, the buying experience, customer support and the overall satisfaction of the customer with Cal Spas. Cal Spas was awarded Spasearch Certified status after the surveys were completed and the aggregate score showed a customer satisfaction index of 85% or higher.
